About Lisa
Lisa was a fighter from the very beginning. She was born several months early and spent her first days in an incubator, but even then she carried a quiet strength that would follow her throughout her life. Later, she faced another huge battle, spending nearly a decade on dialysis for end stage renal failure, yet she never let her illness define all of who she was.
She worked in the dental field, where she treated every person as more than just a patient. Lisa noticed the small things, remembered details, and showed up with genuine care. She loved Hello Kitty, and she had a way of turning that playful sweetness into kindness in real life—making little gift bags for people during the holidays, offering donations when she could, and finding small ways to brighten someone else’s day.
Lisa was deeply family‑oriented and always the one ready to help, whether it was a sibling, a friend, or even a stranger she had just met. Home, for her, was where people were fed and cared for. She was a chef in the kitchen, loved baking, and took joy in cooking for the people she loved. She loved dancing, music, and anything that felt like a small celebration after a long day.
She also had a special love for tropical places—sun, water, palm trees, and that soft, peaceful feeling of being near the ocean. It’s why her final wishes are for her ashes to be spread in a tropical paradise, a place that reflects the warmth and calm she searched for and often created for others.
This memorial is just the beginning of telling her story. Over time, we’ll add more photos, memories, and pieces of Lisa’s life, honoring the bright, steady, loving soul she was to so many.
